About

Creating Luxury Tiny Homes and Sustainable Communities

At HomeFree, we specialize in luxury tiny homes and sustainable communities with modern design, flexible living, and thoughtfully integrated amenities. Whether you’re exploring our HomeFree Tiny Homes in Seattle or discovering our innovative villages across the country, we are redefining the way people live.

We are a community of dedicated professionals with diverse expertise in Design, Architecture, Development, and Yacht Creation. Our team is passionate about building better futures and creating spaces where people can thrive.

Each of our Tiny Home Villages is carefully crafted to seamlessly integrate into existing, vibrant communities. By avoiding unnecessary extensions to public utilities, roads, and management systems, we help minimize the environmental impact while enhancing the area’s social, business, and educational resources.

Our commitment to sustainability, superior craftsmanship, and the use of high-quality materials ensures that every tiny home and village we create embodies excellence.

Join us in embracing a lifestyle that combines innovation, comfort, and community.

Our Founder’s Story

Imagining a life and business in Seattle that would respect and celebrate the world and its communities, our CEO, Lesa McIntyre, was led to obtain her degrees in Business and Sustainable Architecture. She then embarked on her pursuit to design and build communities that enhance the ecosystems, habitats, and bio-rhythms that they exist in.

While advancing in her own “Tiny” lifestyle, Lesa has also contributed to the community through her Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (L.E.E.D) the American Institute of Architecture (AIA), church and community ministry, the Northwest Eco Building Guild (NWEBG) as Education Chair and C3 Leaders. She enjoys giving to those around her, creating new relationships, and exploring new concepts and innovations to sustain our environment.

Lesa enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and, friends. She travels as much as possible and loves listening to waves crashing on the beach,  hiking in Zion, or camping in the Redwoods.
